– the holder of the Head Lease for the Shooting Complex
– holding sub-leases between WPISC and the Complex tenants
– employing the Complex Groundsman/Caretaker
– working towards the continuance of the Shooting Complex, utilising best practice methods

WPISC comprises representative delegates from each tenant on the Shooting Complex, as well as:
